We all know that nutrition is 70%-80% of the equation when it comes to transforming someone’s physique.

But most fitness pros are missing the boat when it comes to providing quality nutrition programming.

The truth is that most fitness professionals say they are different than their competition, but when it comes to nutrition programming, everyone does things pretty much exactly the same.

Most provide some form of a generic meal plan or a list of “approved foods,” or a re-manufactured e-book with general guidelines for everyone to follow.

Let’s be honest… There’s NO WAY providing a list of “recommended foods” or an eBook with general guidelines for everyone to follow, is any different than your competitor down the street.
