STEP 1: Assessing the Client

Today’s lesson is designed to cover the first step in the coaching process: Assessing the Client.
Truth be told, the nutrition coaching process begins with you, and your ability to assess to new clients.
Now, I don’t mean that you need to sit down and have a chat with your clients about their goals and their hang-ups. Like a therapist would.
In fact, that’s the polar opposite of what I recommend you to do. That’s what the worst trainers do.
