Subject: Definition of the word "meal"

Since the word “meal” frequently makes people think of a large plate of food, or several courses, I need to be very clear right now.  A “meal” is a limited portions of protein, carbohydrate and fat.

How much is a “limited portion”?  If you cup one hand completely over the other, the correct amount of protein or carbohydrate will fit completely inside.  A flat portion of lean meat might be about the size and thickness of a deck of cards.

Have you picked up my 51 page step by step process for fat loss.  I call it the Fat Loss GPS and I lay out exactly what you need to do so you are successful with long-term weight loss.

It is my gift to you…

Are you worried about having a heart attack or a stroke – due to your high blood pressure?

Well, a new study recently published shows a NEW way to lower your blood pressure…

And it’s definitely not what you think!

Probiotics and Blood Pressure

As you may know, your gut is filled with trillions of tiny bacteria that keep you healthy and fit.

In fact, these tiny bacteria make up about 70 percent of your immune system – which means they ward off infectious toxins and bacteria that threaten every single cell in your body.

Not only do they prevent sickness, these bacteria may play a vital role in digestion, nutrient absorption, and even if you lose or gain weight.

Now you may be able to add healthy blood pressure numbers to their benefits!

Here is what researchers discovered about probiotics >>

Subject: Why You Need Essential Fatty Acids (part 2)

In Part I, you learned what essential fatty acids (EFAs) are and why you need them. You also learned the difference between omega-6 and omega-3 EFAs and how one is more abundant in our diet than the other. Now we’ll look further into the benefits of omega-3s, specifically EPA and DHA, and show why marine-based omega-3s are your best choices.
Omega-3s for you and me

Most scientific research conducted on omega-3 EFAs focuses on EPA and DHA from marine sources. These unique fatty acids have confirmed a wide-range of health benefits including reducing heart disease risks and incidences, decreasing cancer tumor growth, and improving insulin sensitivity in both human and animal research. They also show promise for calming the flames of arthritis and are beneficial for keeping our minds and body healthy:

Subject: Drink This Before Bed For A Flatter Stomach By Morning

A couple years ago, a whole new world opened up right in front of my eyes.

You see, I had known for a while that our bodies were crawling with bacteria.

And some of those bacteria could lead to sickness and, in some cases, death if things got out of control and your immune system stopped working correctly.

However, things started to get really interesting when I started to learn more about gut bacteria—and just how important these friendly guys are for your body.

Now, I know that a lot of people have already heard that gut bacteria provide a good portion of your immunity—meaning they help you stay healthy and free from illness like colds and the flu.

But:

That’s not all they do!
